Morgan Muller

Founder & Principal

Morgan brings over 16 years of senior finance experience across private equity and operating CFO roles. She has built finance functions from the ground up, guided companies through periods of rapid growth and transition, and partnered with founders, CEOs, and boards to create lasting financial clarity.

Prior to founding Clavera Partners, Morgan served as CFO of IT ServicePoint and VP of Finance at FEV Tutor. Before moving into operating roles, she spent time at Dorilton Capital working directly with portfolio companies - embedded in their operations, driving value creation, and building the financial infrastructure that supported growth and investment outcomes.

Her earlier career spanned investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London and deal advisory at KPMG in New York - experience that shapes how she thinks about capital structure, transactions, and value creation today.
